Nicole is the General Manager at FloorMe! and holds a Bachelor's degree in both Sociology and Political Science from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining FloorMe!, Nicole spent time in Colorado and Hawaii, where she worked in interior design at Briggs Draperies & Design, the Designer Loft at the Honolulu Design Center, and independently as Nicole Briggs & Associates. She has provided a la carte design consultation services and worked on a diverse range of projects, from to full-scale design/remodeling of Aspen ski homes and downtown penthouses to a Japanese wedding chapel renovation in Waikiki. Nicole’s work has been featured in Boulder County Lifestyle magazine, Luxe magazine, and Modern Wahine magazine.

At FloorMe!, Nicole loves helping customers find flooring solutions that reflect their personalities and lifestyles. The work of transforming a home–both functionally and visually–is a process she finds rewarding and exciting, and she loves to share that joy with her clients. Nicole describes the service she provides as “the frosting on the cupcake of life,” and helping her customer’s dreams become a reality is the most rewarding part of her job. Nicole appreciates the caring, welcoming atmosphere at FloorMe! and is proud to work for a company she trusts and believes in. Plus, she has fun while doing it!

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys anything to do with the outdoors. She loves snowboarding, camping, paddle boarding, fishing, and spending time in the mountains or by the ocean. She also likes to spend time with her friends and family, her husband, and her Labradors, Daphne and Huckleberry!

Jamie is a Flooring Design and Sales Consultant at FloorMe! and has worked in the home improvement and design industry for over 10 years. She holds an Interior Design Certificate from Manchester Community College, and previously worked in staging and decorating, and as a design consultant for a tile company.

Jamie loves the positive environment at FloorMe! and how everyone works together as a team. She enjoys working with the different flooring applications and collaborating with the other designers and businesses within the Nashua Home Design Center.

In her free time, Jamie loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys crafting, disc golfing, fishing, and playing pool and darts.

Dana joined FloorMe! as an employee after working with the team on many independent interior design projects, and is proud to represent a business whose philosophy, vision, and enthusiasm match her own.

With over 25 years in interior design, Dana has extensive experience working with both Fortune 500 companies and high-end residential clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, is a certified Mediator, and has taught interior design classes at the college level. In addition, Dana trained under one of the top historic building preservation, renovation, and restoration experts in the country.

Dana has extensive hands-on experience in home design, as well as construction and renovation project management. She has held various management positions, including for a global luxury brand design showroom, and has experience in strategic planning, business development, marketing, branding, and public relations. Dana’s interior design skills include:

• Kitchen and bath design
• Floor planning and staging
• Product specification (furniture, lighting, flooring, window treatments, cabinetry hardware, paint, and tile)

When she’s not designing amazing spaces, Dana loves to write, and is the author of two international murder mysteries. She has traveled widely, finding inspiration for her books in the numerous countries she’s visited. Dana is also a Board Member at the non-profit Thank You Project, whose mission is building freshwater wells in rural Nigeria. In her free time, she loves being outdoors and working on her tennis game. Dana lives in Nashua and enjoys a close relationship with her family, all of whom live in New England.

Cayla is a Flooring Design and Sales Consultant who has worked in the home improvement industry since 2008, with a primary focus on Flooring and Home Décor. She loves working with inspiring and dedicated colleagues as part of the team at FloorMe!. Cayla especially enjoys the creativity afforded by the wide variety of lines and styles she has to work with as she assists customers in designing and planning their dream projects.

Outside work, you can find Cayla catching live music, discovering new places to paddleboard or hike with her dog, making jewelry, and knitting.

Mike is a Nashua native who worked in logistics, deliveries, and warehouse management for most of his career. He is a Navy veteran (Petty Officer 2nd class onboard the USS Bonhomme-Richard) with a passion for history–he attended the University of Massachusetts to study History!

Mike enjoys working with his kind, considerate, and knowledgeable coworkers at FloorMe!. He loves being part of a team that genuinely cares about their customers and shares the same goal–to help people create their dream spaces, and to make the process of getting there as painless as possible!

Outside of work, Mike enjoys reading, playing guitar, hanging out with his dog, and spending time with family.

Deb is a longtime local and currently resides in Londonderry, New Hampshire with her family. She is a Certified Lighting Designer via the American Lighting Association and has been working in the design and remodeling industry since 2001.

When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Deb loves the personal feel and the flexibility to be creative!

When not at work, Deb is an avid cyclist – she loves mountain biking, road biking, and just being outdoors in general! She also enjoys decorating and refinishing furniture.

Tim Fafard is FloorMe!'s Lead Warehouse Specialist. He is responsible for product management, delivery, shipping, and processing. Prior to joining the team, Tim worked in the warehouse management and manufacturing industries. When it comes to working at FloorMe!, Tim appreciates the positive company culture and being part of a supportive team.

When he’s not working, Tim enjoys disc golf, hiking, camping, snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, watching movies, and traveling!

Maureen is FloorMe!’s Bookkeeper and Administrative Specialist. She has an educational background in accounting, and previously worked as an HR Director and Office Manager, Production Coordinator, and Accounting Specialist before joining the team.

Maureen loves the “family feel” and the true team atmosphere at FloorMe!. She appreciates that FloorMe! customers are treated with integrity, and that the team always has their best interests at heart.

Outside work, Maureen loves to garden, go on weekend trips with her friends, spend time with her family, and with her horses and chickens at her home in Litchfield, New Hampshire.
