FloorMe was local and had excellent reviews, so we contracted them to install floor tiles that closely matched our quartz countertops. The process was completely painless. At Floor Me!, Nicole expertly explained the different types of flooring so we could choose the type that suited our needs. In addition to viewing samples in the store, we were able to check out samples to see in the lighting of her bathroom which was VERY helpful! When getting ready to self-install, we ended up with quite a few questions to which the staff at Floor Me! very graciously provided answers, instructions, and advise. I went to Floor Me for the first time for my basement carpet project. They have a huge selection of good quality carpets and Cayla was very helpful in pulling out all the samples of what I was l looking for so I could narrow it down. The carpet came in pretty quick and the scheduling the install & the actual install were great. Mark got the job done in 2 days and it looks perfect. He even double checked with me on a few certain details and cut my leftover pieces to a size & shape I requested. I would definitely recommend them & use them for any future carpet needs.

Cayla was great to work with, very patient with my husband’s thousand and one questions. He’s a very hard worker and does everything right. We will be requesting him back for our next phase. We had a wonderful experience with Floor Me and their entire team. We had hard wood floors installed in all of our bedrooms and our living room. Junior and his team showed up everyday on time and worked long hours to get the job done. They were professional and courteous to our home, children and pet. It was a difficult job in 90+ degree weather with furniture in all rooms. They moved our furniture with care and when the flooring was in, they put it all back to its original spot. They completed the job in 4 days and we couldn’t be happier, we wish we did this a long time ago. If we had any questions about the process Jaime and Mike were just a phone call away. I have received so many compliments since it was put in and wouldn’t change a thing. This company is excellent, I highly, highly recommend! 👌🏻
